ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and a strong understanding of what it takes to succeed in an agency environment. I’m a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a proud husband and father of three boys.
Being involved in our community is a major priority for our agency. We proudly sponsor a variety of local organizations, including youth football, baseball, basketball, and cheerleading programs. We also support local schools, law enforcement, and other organizations that make a difference in our community.
Our agency offers a 401(k), 20 days of paid time off, and reimbursement for licensing costs. We believe in investing in our team and providing the resources people need to build successful, long-term careers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Matt Gilliland - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
